Corporate Tax Assistant Manager

We're supporting a fantastic Top 15 firm of chartered accountants based in Maidstone who are looking for an experienced Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be developing effective relationships with a varied and interesting client portfolio. This will be a hybrid role between home and office working. There is excellent potential for career development for candidates who are looking to progress in their careers.Key responsibilities include:Reviewing Corporate Tax returns and preparing more complicated returnsHandling enquiries from HMRCContacting clients to add informationIdentifying and supporting with tax planning opportunitiesWorking on research projectsAddressing any queries regarding tax filings or payments from HMRCWorking collaboratively with Partners to provide advice on areas such as R&D tax relief, loss relief, capital allowances, group reorganisations and employee share schemes RequirementsSupporting the Managers and Partners with staff management
