With direct line management for 4 team members, you'll be leading the development and direction of visitor engagement, including interpretation and property programming.This role is based at the Fermanagh Portfolio. National Trust Fermanagh features three magnificent historic estates, offering breathtaking views, extensive woodland, and forests, all located close to Enniskillen and approximately 2 hours from Belfast and Dublin. Fermanagh is a rural community which borders the Republic of Ireland.What you'll be doingThe Visitor Operations & Experience Manager is critical to the day-to-day management, as well as a key member of the Property Leadership Team. You'll work collaboratively with other members of the portfolio team, consultants, local communities to lead the development and delivery of the visitor offer in Fermanagh.
