Maintenance and Grounds Person (FTC)

Salary: £12 per hour Hours: Variable Location: Devon Hills Holiday Park, TQ4 7PW Job Type: Fixed Term Haulfryn has a fantastic opportunity  to join an established and experienced maintenance team at Devon Hills Holiday Park! As a Maintenance and Grounds Person you will: Complete property maintenance jobs to the highest standards including but not limited to mowing, trimming, hedge cutting, plumbing, decorating and general repairs to ensure owner and customer satisfaction Observe Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure safety in the workplace Be actively involved in the development of the Park Empty, clean, refill hot tubs on changeover days whilst checking chemicals on daily basis Be proactive and seek for daily maintenance issues in lodges and rectify Work within a team to maintain park Haulfryn is a family-owned business that have operated for more than 85 years with parks across England and Wales.
