Salary : £23,000 - £25,000 Depending on experience and suitability In a nutshell This fast-paced, rapidly expanding tech business is looking for a multi-skilled receptionist who can be the face of a busy front of house area. Main Duties include:

• Answering incoming calls to the business and directing to the appropriate person

• Greeting all visitors, with a warm, welcoming approach and providing refreshments.

• Arranging appointments

• Ad hoc administration duties as directed

• Ensure there is sufficient meeting space for internal staff and external visitors.

• Responsible for the maintenance and booking of all meeting rooms and associated equipment within the office Skills required include:

• Organised, well driven and fast paced work ethic

• Excellent customer service and administration skills are required

• Competence with Microsoft office and its functions

• Is enthusiastic, honest, and respectful with a supportive attitude

• A high energy, motivated and dependable individual with excellent communication skills
