We are looking for an Hotel Receptionist to join the team at Morley Hayes.
Set within parkland golf courses amidst the Derbyshire countryside, our Award winning 4* hotel offers a tranquil country hideaway. With 32 luxury rooms and lavish suites offering a perfect place to relax and unwind.
Restaurant experiences include The Dovecote (two-AA-rosette restaurant), Roosters, The Spike Bar, Tower Cafe and the Stables Bar. Including a Delivery and Takeaway Service. We have a busy conference, events and weddings business, a distinctive 9-hole golf course, and a 26-bay driving range thriving within our estate facilities.

At Morley Hayes, we are looking for exceptional people to provide outstanding service to our guests and who put our people at the heart of everything we do.
As a Hotel Receptionist, you have the ability to shape the first and last impressions visitors and guests have of Morley Hayes. Throughout the guest's stay, it is imperative their experience is first class, so your customer service skills will need to be up there with the best. You will be dealing with Morley Hayes hotel, restaurant and golf enquiries, bookings, check-in/out, end to end guest experience. You will need to work closely with other departments to enhance the guest experience.
You will assist in the smooth running of the day-to-day front-of-house operations within the Morley Hayes Hotel.
We are looking for someone with a genuine and warm approach with excellent people skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a 'can do' attitude & to love the buzz of being busy. You will require the ability to work alone or as part of a team, maintaining team spirit and be excited about excellent customer service with superb organisation skills and a keen eye for detail, always maintaining professionalism.
It is essential you have previous experience in a similar environment and be happy dealing with our guests.
IT savvy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages and ideally experience with Elite booking module from E-S-P (not mandatory).
