Honeycomb is delighted to be working with a private medical practice to recruit for a receptionist on a full-time temporary basis. Our client is a reputable health care facility based in Omagh, who provide high-quality medical services. The Role as Receptionist will involve playing crucial role in the smooth operation of the practice. Your responsibilities will include greeting patients and visitors. managing patient appointments and scheduling, answering phone calls, emails, responding to inquiries and assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed. The ideal person for this role will the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in basic computer applications. Previous experience in a receptionist or medical receptionist role is preferred. The package for this role includes an hourly rate of £11.44, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, based fully on site in Omagh.
