Due to a busy period they require more help.Job DescriptionAs the Credit Controller, you will be responsible for:Chasing outstanding debt via email and phoneBuilding customer relationships with a focussed outcome on collecting monies in a timely mannerReviewing and adjusting payment plans as and when necessaryAllocating incoming cash into the right accountEscalating non-payments to the Credit Manager and starting the legal processOther adhoc dutiesThe Successful ApplicantIn order to be considered for the Credit Controller position, you must:Have previously worked in a similar position and be able to demonstrate thisBe immediately available or on short noticeBe able to build customer relationshipsHave an eye for detail and accuracyHave excellent communication skillsBe able to use IT effectivelyWhat's on OfferThe chance to work in a temp role within an accountancy team.
