Including cycle to work scheme, discounted gym memberships, free counselling services, savings on food and drink, leisure activities, shopping and much more! * *Requirements:* \* Fully qualified Nurse with a current NMC Registration & NMC Pin \* The right to live & work in the UK \* A minimum 1 years “post qual" Nursing experience \* A working knowledge of ECP (electronic care planning) \* Adaptable to your environment & change \* An Understanding of National Care Standards & Codes of Conducts \* A commitment to providing a standard of care that exceeds both company and industry standards. *Role Responsibilities: * \* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for residents. \* Administer medications and treatments, adhering to medical prescriptions and care plans. \* Complete physical/ psychological assessments of new residents on admission. \* Monitor and record vital signs, health status, and changes in resident’s conditions. \* Collaborate with the care team to develop and update individual care plans. \* Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and families. \* Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for residents. \* Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as necessary. \* Maintain accurate medical records and reports. \* Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals. \* Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations. \* Stay updated on current medical practices.
