*We currently have permanent, full-time Registered Nurse opportunities available in our clients Glasgow Care Home. Including cycle to work scheme, discounted gym memberships, free counselling services, savings on food and drink, leisure activities, shopping and much more! * *Requirements:* \* Fully qualified Nurse with a current NMC Registration & NMC Pin \* The right to live & work in the UK \* A minimum 1 years “post qual" Nursing experience \* A working knowledge of ECP (electronic care planning) \* Adaptable to your environment & change \* An Understanding of National Care Standards & Codes of Conducts \* A commitment to providing a standard of care that exceeds both company and industry standards. *Role Responsibilities: * \* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for residents. \* Administer medications and treatments, adhering to medical prescriptions and care plans. \* Complete physical/ psychological assessments of new residents on admission. \* Monitor and record vital signs, health status, and changes in resident’s conditions. \* Collaborate with the care team to develop and update individual care plans. \* Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and families. \* Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for residents. \* Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as necessary. \* Maintain accurate medical records and reports. \* Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals. \* Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations. \* Stay updated on current medical practices.
