The gentleman we support enjoys socializing with his support team and having meaningful conversations with them, so good communication skills is a must!

He is also a published writer and enjoys writing a good horror or thriller, and has a love of sharing the stories with his support team.

The male also has a keen interest in attending car boot sales and likes the support staff to help him choose items to purchase, which means a fun day out for the gentleman and his team!

He also has a pet cat who he loves dearly which he likes his support team to get involved with too!

Job Introduction Gray Healthcare are looking for support workers to support a male in his 50's with a diagnosis of paranoid schizophrenia and diabetes who lives in his own property in Egremont.

We are looking for support workers to support the male to remain as independent as possible within the comfort of his own home.

Having support staff who have a good understanding of the gentleman's needs would be ideal to help the individual flourish and progress.

Main Responsibilities As a Bank Support Worker, you will be key in supporting adults with complex needs within their own homes. We are looking for positive, compassionate, and caring support workers who have the right values and attitude to grow and develop with Gray healthcare.We are looking for support workers who are looking for the flexibility to choose their shifts and would like to join our skilled pool of bank workers.

You will have an interest, motivation, and enthusiasm to develop experience and skills to work with people with complex needs. Ideally you will have at least Level 3 in Health and Social Care or a willingness to work towards the qualification within GrayHealthcare.
