Fire Project Surveyor

We are actively looking for a Fire Project Surveyor to join a housing association in the West Bromwich area on a fixed term contract for 12 months. In return you will receive hybrid working, flexible working hours, mileage expensed and opportunity to be extended.As the Fire Project Surveyor, you will be:Managing and delivering the fire safety projects including fire safety, lift replacements, fire doors, compartmentation and sprinklersWorking closely between the project delivery team and surveying teamSurveying the residential properties across Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and GloucestershireEnsuring all work is completed within budget and met to H&S requirements and legislations Experience and qualifications:Previous fire safety background Experience completing surveys on residential propertiesSocial housing or public sector experience Project Management backgroundIn return as the Fire Project Surveyor, you will receive:£34,000 - £41,000 £750 car allowanceMileage expensedHybrid working Flexible working hoursOpportunity to be extendedWe are keen to see CVs from Fire Project Surveyor, Fire Compliance Surveyor, Fire Surveyor, Building Surveyor and Project Surveyor.
