- Stock administration
- Accurately record data and information
- Dealing with queries/complaints whilst ensuring resolution
- Organise routes
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Manage correspondence, compliance documentation, ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to

Hours of work : The hours will be a rotational 2-week shift pattern 07:00 - 15:00 and 11:00 am - 19:00 pm
