Customer Service and Sales Specialist, £24,000 plus up to £6,000 bonus, OTE 30k a year, Runcorn Your new company Our client is a well-established pharmaceuticals company based in Runcorn offering pioneering solutions for members of the public with chronic conditions, providing services to ensure that customers have medical products and technology that enable them to livea better quality of life. Due to business expansion, there are multiple exciting opportunities for experienced customer service and sales professionals to join this growing company in their Runcorn office, ins full-time, permanent roles as a Internal Salesand Customer Service Specialist. Your new role What you'll need to succeed You must have excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing, being able to express empathy and patience with vulnerable customers. You should have good IT skills with Microsoft Office and exceptional listening skills as well as possessing greattime management skills and have a passion for helping others. You should be able to manage your own workload and it is essential that you have experience working in outbound customer service or sales previously. It is highly desirable you that have a keeninterest in the healthcare industry and learning more about the sector, as well as can demonstrate you are results-oriented and self-motivated. What you'll get in return You'll receive a starting salary of between £24,000 and can earn up to £6,000 in bonuses through the year, brining OTE to 30k per annum. You will be offered fantastic hybrid working options (work from home 2 days a week) and generous annual leave of 25 daysplus 8 bank holidays. You'll work Monday to Friday either 9-5 or 12-8 and work one Saturday every 6 weeks. Saturday hours are 9am-1pm and you will get the time accrued back in the week if working on the Saturday.
