Neo Property Solutions Limited is a recognised specialist in the provision of technically challenging passive fire protection solutions. Our services include Fire Compartmentation Surveys, Fire Door Surveys, Fire Stopping and Fire Compartmentation Works, executed as part of a rolling programme of annual inspection and/or rectification works required across multi-occupancy housing, buildings of public amenity, healthcare facilities, education establishments, student accommodation blocks and security sensitive office buildings and workplaces. Fire Stoppers  Location -  Midlands Salary -  £32500 to £35490 (Basic before travel time)   Calling all experienced and qualified Fire Stoppers here at NEO Property Solutions we have a number of full time permanent positions available across the Midlands.  NEO Property Solutions part of PTSG have ambitious plans and are going through a period of growth. The role: Travelling to sites across your region and on occasion a little further, working as part of a two man team you will be responsible for works on a variety of sites, Schools, Social Housing, Hospitals, Retail and Office blocks. All our projects are within occupied premises, meaning you will need to have a great communication and customer service skills.  You will be regularly interacting directly with the customer and general public, so it's essential you can do this in a polite and friendly manner.  As an experienced Fire Stopper you will already know how to perform penetration sealing, install cavity barriers and fire curtains. However any further product or procedure training will be provided. Like in all site based roles, Health & Safety is absolute paramount to us and as such you will receive regular site visits from our TCM's / Site Managers to review your safe working practices and ensure all works carried out is to regulation and the highest standards.
