Reed In Colchester are currently recruiting for a Service and Installations Co-ordinator for a clientbased in Sudbury. This is a full time, Permanent office based role.

Daily duties will include:

  • Liaise with engineers to assist with scheduling jobs
  • Confirm site appointments and advise the customer
  • Schedule engineers into jobs effectively
  • Provide full and concise risk and method statement to accompany the project
  • Manage customer invoicing
  • Ensure customer service files are up to date
  • Prepare paperwork in advance for engineers
  • Manage customer calls/helpdesk
  • Liaise with logistics regarding deliveries of parts
