  • Occasional travel to our Customer Contact Centres In Hinckley and Watford (All travel costs are paid for by Yopa when visiting our Contact Centres. Initial training period will also take place on-site at the Hinckley Customer Contact Centre, travel and accommodationprovided)

Your day-to-day duties will include :

  • You will be the first point of contact for Buyers and sellers, guiding them through the buying and selling process with Yopa
  • Building rapport with clients, establishing client needs to ensure we meet expectations as best as possible.
  • Qualify and register new Buyers and Sellers, arranging viewings and free property appraisals
  • Recommending additonal products and services to customers Including Mortgage Adivce and Converyancing Support, ensuring they are supported every step of the way
  • Submit offers on behalf of Buyers and working closely with our Sellers & Local Agents to ensure the best possible offer is received.
  • Effectively diagnose, investigate, and resolve customer complaints. Working closely with our Local Agents & Customer Resolutions team to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Overcome customer objections in a confident and service led manner to maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Adhere to GDPR and compliance requirements in line with training provided.

Preferred Skills and Experience :

  • An understanding of the Scottish Property Market is desirable but not essential, as we’ll provide you with all the training you need to excel in this role.
  • Sales negotiator or have worked for/in an estate agency branch previously
  • Experience In up-selling additional products and services desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Ability to work as part of a team, sharing best practice, knowledge, resource, and ideas
  • Strong organizational skills: manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
  • Computer literate and tech savvy. Training in company software/systems will be provided.
  • Flexible attitude to working hours as some weekend working will be required.
