You may be working with young people who demonstrate challenging behavioural needs, learning and communication difficulties, autism and many other disabilities.    The role:   Deliver personalised lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students with additional needs Create a stimulating and nurturing classroom environment that encourages learning and development Collaborate with a dedicated team of professional, including teaching assistants and specialists, to support the students’ educational and emotional needs Implement and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEP’s), ensuring that each student’s progress is tracked and monitored Engage with parents, caregivers and external agencies to provide comprehensive support for students   About you:   Previous teaching experience is essential. You may be an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) seeking your next challenge or a teacher with QTS. Excellent knowledge of the UK national curriculum Sound knowledge of additional needs and strategies to support young people Hold high expectations of young people and their outcomes Must be able to drive and have access to your own car   We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools.    LTT was founded with the aim of creating a genuine, transparent and straightforward service to help candidates secure their next role.
