As the Data Management Associate, you will oversee and improve various initiatives relating to the data management of our customer portfolio. The chosen candidate will have a strong aptitude for technology, a professional demeanor, and possess excellent troubleshooting and communications skills. To excel in this role, you should also have strong decision-making skills and an eye for detail.Key Job Activities: Interrogate, Analyse & amend master data in SAP in conjunction with CRM and Salesforce systems. Develop and implement procedures for effective data management. Cleanse customer data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Compile & log all daily billing & dunning communication bounce back data & bounce back reports. Contact third party suppliers & other departments to validate billing document outputs from systems. Conduct thorough customer information validation checks by contacting customers directly via direct calling. Assist in the development and implementation of data quality assurance protocols and best practices. Feedback to relevant departments for any incomplete, duplicate & mismatched data. Manage the Direct Debit process to ensure DDs are processed correctly and timely in SAP & Salesforce. Capture, Analyse and report weekly on failed services and driver notes. Prepare, review and upload customer contact and invoice data to our 3rd party debt recovery partners. Review and fix open confirmations errors and work with Sales and Operations to ensure timely resolution. Education: University/college education or equivalent experience Experience (EMEAA): Previous experience in a B2B customer service role Previous experience in managing a high volume / variety of inbound requests and queries. Previous CRM and/or systems experience (SAP) Proficient in MS Office products including Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point Proficient with computer systems and SAP/Database Strong organisational and people skills Excellent business communication skills required. Excellent collaboration skills required. Must be accountable and be able to work with minimal supervision to fully resolve customer queries.
