I am currently recruiting for a customer service executive to work for a large organisation based in Chorley

As a Customer Service Executive, you will represent the company by playing a pivotal administrative role. You will deal with their enquiry from start to finish by providing effective and professional customer service through the administration of mailboxcontent and system[1]based work queues, as well as working with other key internal departments. Customer Service Executives should possess fantastic interpersonal skills, stay calm under pressure, and have wonderful customer service skills. They should alsobe excellent communicators both orally and in writing.

Duties to include

  • Working collaboratively with other areas of the business
  • Providing the appropriate service and information or refer customers to another department
  • Ensuring all requests are processed within the correct SLA
  • Remaining up to date on the GDPR requirements of the role

Experience Required

  • Demonstrating work experience in a busy administration-based role
  • Demonstrating effective communication skills
  • Understanding of working in a Customer Service Centre environment where KPIs are used to monitor achievement.
  • Proficient IT skills, including sound knowledge and experience of MS Office and database input
