With proven experience at a senior level in all aspects of a quality kitchen at minimum Four Star level, you'll have a keen emphasis towards fine dining at the highest standard. Leading from the front, you'll ensure that attractive seasonal food of the highest quality is produced efficiently and consistently whilst achieving agreed targets and customer expectations through effective management. We're looking for a forward thinking, creative and inspirational chef who will guide and motivate the team, have a lively input in the menu planning and development process, and show diligence in terms of health and safety and statutory compliance.Salary £33,000 to £35,000 per annum GratuitiesMeals on dutyOnsite parkingGenerous employee discountsThis is a full time permanent position, 48 hours per week, five days over seven Monday to Sunday.
