Salary: £40,000 per year

Hours: 9:00-5:30 Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday cover when needed on rotation, no more than 1 in 4 weekends)

The role in a nutshell:


As the Soft Services Manager , you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the Security and Cleaning services. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards, enhancing the customer experience, and ensuring that team members are motivated and supported.

The ideal candidate will have/ be:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or Assistant Manager level
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to lead and develop teams.
  • Adaptable to change and able to drive change through others.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients (a mix of corporate and smaller independent stores), stakeholders, and team members.
  • Process-driven with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental procedures.
