The role will include supervising a class during the absence of a teacher, responding to questions, supporting pupils in undertaking set activities. In most supply work, cover lessons will already have been set. This is a great opportunity to maintain work-lifebalance, this position is ideal for Primary Teachers looking to gain experience in various schools, as well as newly qualified teachers to gain experience in teaching.

Requirements :

• Good quality of written and verbal communication
• Ability to implement school policies and procedures
• Teacher Qualifications (QTS, PGCE, TEACH FIRST etc.)
• Enthusiasm and outstanding teacher knowledge to engage the students
• Proven track record of planning and assessing lessons to ensure progress is made by students
• Positive and proven behaviour management strategies
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (We can support you to get this)
