Your newpany You will be joining an established Tier 1 contractor working on a major water framework in the Midlands region. This multi-accreditedpany has a very strong pipeline of work in the water sector, and they offer excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Mechanical Engineer to join their team.Your new role As Mechanical Engineer you will be based at sites in the West Midlands area and be responsible for, but not limited to, ensuring project costs do not exceed tender/varied allowance, producing procurement packages, monitoring subcontractor performance, ensuring applications for payment are made on or within due dates, assisting in the production of the contract programmes as well as liaising with subcontractors, site management and suppliers.What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful, you must have previous mechanical experience on water projects and ideally hold a HNC or above in a mechanical engineering discipline. In addition, you will have a good understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes and be able tomute across sites in the West Midlands area.
