Join the multidisciplinary team at Three Valleys Hospital, where you will care for people with complex mental health issues in a safe and supportive environment. There are a range of services across five wards - including a specialist dementia service -where you'll gain experience working with gender-specific distinct rehabilitation and step-down services.
With previous experience from the NHS or private care as a Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse, you will lead and coordinate the quality and management of nursing care, service user care and the clinical environment.
As a Senior Nurse, you will be responsible for the clinical environment as you provide leadership to your peers and manage the clinical services throughout the wards and units.

What you will be doing
As a Senior Nurse, you will ensure adults with mental health conditions receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promote good teamwork.

The service operates 24/7. You will work shift patterns including weekends, bank holidays and nights. Standard shifts are 12 hours a day, working 3 days one week, 4 days the next.
