Senior Quantity Surveyor Required - Reputable Consultancy - Belfast - £45-55k Your new company Hays are working in partnership with a prominent Belfast construction consultancy in the search for a Senior Quantity Surveyor. This practice provides quantity surveying and project management services to both public sector bodies and private companies throughoutNorthern Ireland with an emphasis on the education and leisure sectors. Due to continuous growth they now seek a Quantity Surveyor to join their Belfast team. Your new role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team with responsibility for the cost management of a range of projects both locally and throughout the UK and Ireland. You will be involved with full pre and post contract QuantitySurveying and as part of your role you will attend site meetings and design briefings, alongside estimating and producing bills of quantities. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this position you should possess a degree qualification in Quantity Surveying and a minimum of five years' experience working as a Quantity Surveyor. Project Management experience managing public sector projects would be desired, ideallywith an understanding of NEC3/ 4 contracts. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills alongside strong organisational capabilities.
