Senior Project Manager

An award winning client of ours is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team in Chichester.

This is a hybrid work and an average week would look like working 2 days on site, 2 days in the office and 1 day working from home - this would vary week on week.

Core Duties and Responsibilities Required of the Senior Project Manager:

• Making sure the project is running on time and to budget
• Making sure the project delivers the expected outcomes and benefits
• Looking at the risks involved in a particular project and managing these risks
• Planning what work needs to be done, when and who’s going to do it
• Motivating the team of people involved in the project

Personal Requirements of the Senior Project Manager:

• Qualifications, knowledge and experience with demonstrable post qualification experience to a level which is comparable amongst Senior Project Manager peer group (preferred is MRICS with no outstanding disciplinary, ethical or membership compliance issues).
• Clean Driving Licence.
• Enhanced DBS cleared

The successful Senior Project Manager will be paid up to £65,000 per annum.
