Residential Night Sia Concierge - Permanent Position

We are looking for a Security Concierge to join our amazing team in Central London. This position is full time and permanent, and we would love to offer stable employment with great working conditions to a committed SIA licensed team player. - Full time, permanent role - 12-hour shift, Night shifts - 4on/off shift pattern, 7pm-7am - SIA required - Training provided - Hourly pay £12.82 inc. holiday pay

This beautiful historical building is located in St. Pancras area, Grade 1 listed building consisting of 66 apartments.

Responsibilities and Daily Tasks :

• Greeting and assisting residents, contractors and visitors.
• Dealing with all enquiries at the desk and by the phone.
• Monitoring the fire panel and calling the fire brigade if needed.
• Post/Parcel management.
• Key management.
• Assisting Building Manager.
• Managing access to the building and monitoring CCTV cameras.
• To make a callout to the relevant contractor in case the essential services (lifts, access control, fire panel, water supply, electricity) fails.
• Make sure the handover file, key and contractor logs are maintained appropriately.
• Reception and the reception doors to be kept clean.

Required skills :

• Sharp eye for detail.
• Passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good knowledge of IT / Office /Excel and Word.
• Able to multitask and still deliver a top-quality service.
