Saga Cruises comprises Ocean Cruising, with two purpose-built ocean cruise ships, and River Cruising, also with two purpose-built river cruise ships and further itineraries available on charter ships. And right now we are looking for Station Representatives to join our Cruise Operational Team.

Within the role of St Pancras Representative, you will be responsible for the smooth embarkation and disembarkation of our guests ensuring they have a trouble-free journey. You will need to possess a professional approach to maintain and reflect an incredibly high standard of service and customer care.

This active role does involve long periods of standing and involves working outside, sometimes in inclement weather.

This role is based at St Pancras Train Station. Please note this role is flexible in terms of hours, on average, 1-2 days work per week Mon-Sun (between the hours of 0600-2030) with potentially more during busy periods, though this is not guaranteed.

Main Responsibilities

  • Your prime duty is one of customer care. It is implicit throughout your employment that you will act honestly and in good faith at all times, in the interest of the Company, both in taking care of and caring for its guests:

  • Meet and greet at St Pancras on arrival and departure.

  • Assisting guests with transfer arrangements, onward travel and any problems they may encounter.

  • Assistance with baggage handling facilities.

  • Report writing.

  • Expense accounting.

  • Liaising with the head office team.

  • Customer service experience

  • Experience within the travel industry.

  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
