Based in a creative shared workspace full of start-ups inthe heart of Camden, this company was set-up by three highly ambitious founders with over 30 years’ combined successful experience working in the industry.

Talent Acquisition job breakdown:

• Bringing a positive approach to work, having fun and helping to grow a successful business.
• Working with consultants to identify what skills and experience are required to successfully match with open jobs.
• Assisting graduates with creating a short video profile to complete their registration onto the website.
• Working with the consultants to create shortlists of graduates for each open job, liaise with clients to manage the interview process and manage communication between the graduates and businesses.
• As an early employee, there will be ample opportunity to learn about all parts of the business, attend client meetings, support other business functions such as Marketing or Finance and there will be space to move into a consultant position should you wishto broaden your skillset.
