You will support our clients by advising adult social care and community health teams within Torbay Council and Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust, providing legal advice across a wide area of adult services law, including Community Care, Mental Health, Mental Capacity and all adult social care matters. As a senior practitioner in the team, you will deal with more complex matters within your caseload and advise and provide assistance on higher level strategic/policy issues.  You will be an adaptable team player with excellent communication and IT skills, and be able to work to deadlines supporting the team with a varied and busy caseload.  We would welcome applications from suitably experienced / qualified candidates.  Salary includes a market supplement of £8,000 p/a and pro-rata, and benefits including the Local Government Pension Scheme, annual leave and flexi time.
