Junior Data Protection and Risk Analyst - HR

Job Description We’re recruiting for a Junior Data Protection and Risk Analyst   to join us. You will be a key figure in developing and analysing data to drive insight and effectively monitor, manage and report on key risks across the Group HR function. Taking on responsibility for day to day management of the Groupwide risk reporting tool, to ensure Group HR risk management is conducted in a timely manner according to the Group risk policy and framework. Supporting the data protection team with GDPR requests and processes. What you'll be doing: Day to day management of our risk management tool (OneSumX), chasing owners for updates and timely closure of audit and risk actions, and supporting the Risk Manager in the creation of plans and troubleshooting issues and controls testing  Supporting the Data Protection team in investigating, managing and reporting on breaches and information requests (eg Subject Access Requests) within statutory timeframes  Supporting the Governance team in the provision of management information and the analysis of data for key trends on suppliers and third parties, risk, & data protection Maintaining our internal hub pages and updating guidance, assisting the HR Risk manager in the delivery of the communications and training plan and the Data Protection manager in the delivery of the Data Champions training plan Supporting/administrative role helping with Risk Committee(s) preparation, actions tracking/monitoring, and reporting across a number of domains (risk, security, change, suppliers, data protection and data analytics) Providing general administration services for the Governance Team such as Mailbox management, management support and scheduling, report/presentation writing, and co-ordinating team wide meetings Implementing appropriate governance, reporting and escalation of changes impacting customers to ensure key checkpoints are met in line with stakeholder and business requirements Qualifications Who we're looking for: Good understanding of data/risk  Administrative support experience Microsoft Office competency especially in excel, word, & PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI helpful   Excellent verbal and written skills Excellent attention to detail and able to produce good quality reports Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
