Customer Service Advisor - German & Dutch speaking.

Job Description Please note, you must be fluent in both German and Dutch languages. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm. DDC is now looking for a Customer Service Advisor, based in Hammersmith, London. As a Customer Service Advisor, your duties will include: Dealing with customers electronically, by telephone and face-to-face in English, Dutch and German. Resolving queries effectively and, and imparting product advice in a friendly but professional manner. Provide effective administrative support to the department, working within a small team and occasionally assisting with other duties. Contribute to the effective running of the office, achieving sales targets and objectives efficiently. Take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts and individual clients. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with your clients and ultimately be responsible for handling case co-ordination from instruction to completion working within strict time constraints. Liaise between their laboratory, clients and medical clinics worldwide and will also be responsible for sample logging, shipping sample collection kits, report distribution, invoicing and any other office   based activities. Proactively manage client relationships on an ongoing basis. Qualifications You must be fluent in German and Dutch, speaking and writing. Strong organisational skills. Computer literate and have previous customer service experience. Have strong communication skills to effectively manage client relationships, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills to take ownership of difficult and complex cases.
