Night Duty Manager

The role

We are recruiting for a Night Duty Manager to be based at a high-end luxury residential development in Canary Wharf, London. We are looking for people who have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.

Working hours - 7pm till 7am. 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern.

Salary - £32,000 p/a

What will you be doing as Night Duty Manager?

  • Managing the night team which includes Concierge and Security
  • Ensuring the night operations run smoothly
  • Delivering exceptional levels of customer service and leading by example
  • Reporting and general administration
  • Adhering to health and safety procedures

What are we looking for in a Night Duty Manager?

  • Previous experience in a similar role (Head Concierge, Duty Manager, Assistant Manager) Could be within hotels, residential, luxury retail or hospitality.
  • Previous experience managing a team is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer focused
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to cope under pressure
  • Well presented
