Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant - Digital Marketing

Basic c. £30-45k

OTE c. £60-100k +

The Person :

• The Recruitment Consultant role itself is varied and requires people with a real mix of skills.

The Role : Recruitment Consultant/Senior Consultant who will;

• Research heavily, identifying top talent within leading scale-ups and global brands
• Make discreet reach outs presenting key information about their clients from their products/ propositions, the culture of the business and career opportunities on offer, flexi working arrangements etc.
• Gain a detailed understanding of individuals
• No hard sell, but through the service levels you provide and knowledge you gain, relationships are developed.
