What we ask : You will:
- Collect, cleanse, and analyse data, from a variety of sources, and develop and visualise a range data-driven reports and insights - including Sales tracking, budgeting & forecasting & product performance.
- Ownership & maintenance of key business reports.
- Act as a key point of contact for Business Operations in relation to the implementation of sophisticated new reporting tools.
- Proactively support the data and reporting team with a range of tasks and projects to aid business performance.
- Eliminate inconsistency and inefficiency from current process and workflows and provide accurate, compelling, and dynamic business intelligence to the wider business.
You will need : As the Data and Reporting Specialist, you will possess the following skills and expertise;
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical, growth mindset.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Good knowledge of Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A willingness to learn and develop knowledge of BI tools and analytical trends.
