We are a leading global brand dedicated to creating Smart, Helpful, and Bold baby gear since 2007. Our business has continued to grow exponentially, and we are looking for a Junior or Senior Designer (m/f/d), depending on experience, to work alongside the design department.

As the Senior Designer, you will primarily collaborate with the design team while independently managing your own projects. You will oversee the design process from the initial concept to the final prototype, taking full responsibility for the entire product lifecycle. This includes researching market trends, developing concepts, creating CAD designs, finalizing product specifications, ensuring proper fit, and designing products that meet both market demands and criteria.


What you’ll do

  • Create innovative, proprietary, industry-leading product and design solutions that embody our brands' ethos of craft, style, and engineering, while connecting with the consumer.
  • Execute and bring the creative vision to life, ensuring products align with market trends, brand identity, and overall business strategy.
  • Research trends in fabrics, trims, prints, patterns, colorways, and other raw materials, while collaborating with the Design Team to develop fabrications that reflect current trends.
  • Provide directions on colorways, prints, patterns, fabrics, and trims, and approve all lab dips and production fabrications.
  • Work closely with the Product Team throughout development to ensure the highest standards of quality and integrity.
  • Partner with the Product Team to build a comprehensive understanding of raw materials and finishes specific to the product.
  • Actively participate in sample and prototype reviews, ensuring design integrity is upheld through to final approval and resolving any issues that arise during the sampling stage.


What you’ll bring

  • For Senior Designer: At least five years of brand design experience, preferably in consumer goods.
  • For Junior Designer: A minimum of 2-3 years of brand design experience, preferably in consumer goods.
  • B.A. or higher degree in Design, Textiles, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with excellent time management and strong decision-making skills.
  • Strong knowledge of baby gear products and customers, with a keen ability to make informed decisions.
  • Experience with a multinational company is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong multitasking ability, managing multiple priorities and deadlines accurately.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Skilled in identifying consumer and customer needs and generating fresh, market-appealing ideas.
  • Demonstrated ability to research, integrate information from various sources, and recommend reasonable alternatives.
  • Adaptable to new or changing circumstances, with a proven ability to shift among tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, including identifying underlying causes and recommending overlooked solutions.
