Senior Brand Manager

Senior Brand Manager for leading FMCG company. Permanent opportunity. Belfast. Hybrid working. Your new company A leading FMCG company. Your new role As Senior Brand Manager you will create and execute plans to drive awareness through consumer and trade activations. You will manage budgets, manage and track the portfolio of brand's performance, manage all aspects of brand consumer marketing plans & financialperformance versus budget and contract, manage a small team and assist the Management Team in pitching for new brands to strategically grow the business. What you'll need to succeed You will have experience in creating and executing brand plans that have delivered demonstrable performance, strong consumer knowledge, coupled with clear commercial acumen, experience in FMCG preferred. You will be an excellent communicator and team playerwho sets clear goals, leads by example, and adopts a collaborative approach, be able to interact convincingly with internal and external stakeholders and decision makers, have strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop and build a team tostrive for excellence and ability to work on own initiative, with strong planning and organizational skills. Full and clean driving licence required. What you'll get in return Salary of £35,000-£40,000 plus bonus. 25 days annual leave + stats + birthday off plus excellent benefits.
