Description :Essential FunctionsProcessing (Slicing packing + labeling)QA finished materialsSafe Food Practices specific to departmentPicking food products and packing in boats, totes and boxesScanning labels on packages, loading packaging machines with boats, and labeling packages with printed labelsSpotting check packages emerging from machinery for correct labelingAssisting in shut down proceduresAssist in cleaning proceduresUnderstanding the PO and ordering processNavigating the technology needs through the Xtreme SystemWorking with our retail partner to ensure the highest quality customer serviceEducation and Qualifications:Must embody and demonstrate company values and cultureMust be able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday)Must be able to start overnight or early morning hours Comfortable and able to work an 8-12-hour shift (hours per day are based on business need)Experience in a related field is a plusMust be required to lift a minimum of 50lbsAbility to apply knowledge of processes involved, production methods, and products to the nuances of everyday operationAbility to clearly communicate in English.
