Job Title :Sales Administrator/Customer Account Manager

Location :Nantgarw

Salary :£21,000-£23,000 but goes up to £26,441 when fully trained

Hours : Full time. Monday - Friday days regular working flexi time covering 37.5 hours a week working in between 7:30am-6pm

Our very well established client in Nantgarw is currently looking for a Customer Account Manager to join their team.

This is a Full time and permanent position

To be considered you must have previous Business to Business Account management or customer service experience and Sales order Processing experience. This is a non sales based role The main purpose of the job will be to provide an excellent level of service to key accounts, dealers and business development managers. Working with key stakeholders to input new orders, working with the Customer / Sales Team to ensure the order has the correctspecifications, is entered onto the system correctly and managed through to manufacture and delivered to the Customers satisfaction. Main Job Roles:

  • Agreeing a production slot with planning
  • Generating a Parts Check if delivery is required quicker than our standard lead time
  • Configuring the order in the order process system
  • Clarifying any ambiguous order requirements and working with clients and sales to establish a high standard of order specification prior to order processing.
  • Work with the Special Product Request (SPR) team to support fulfilment of non-standard orders
  • Where upholstery has not been used before, raise an SUR form and forward to the product development team and work with them to ensure the fabric is suitable for the product.
  • Work with the Product team and raise the relevant orders for fabric testing where fabrics have not been used before
  • Process Order
  • Review all amendment requests, assess implications to the order delivery life cycle and work with key stakeholders to ensure a smooth and seamless delivery.
  • Process customer amendments and confirm new details with customer.
  • Support the Sales Team in the generation of urgent quotations if they are unable to generate them (i.e. if they're on the road).

To Be Considered for this role you must have:

  • Experience of B2B customer service
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering solutions based customer service
  • Positive approach
  • Excellent communication skills - oral and written, coupled with an excellent phone manner
  • Good organisational skills coupled with good administrative skills
  • Processing orders experience
