You will be responsible for the provision of a cradle-to-grave service; from advising upon disputeavoidance and mediation to land rights disputes and third party determination. There is a particular emphasis upon disputes arising from the Electronic Communications Code within this team’s caseload. You will gain excellent exposure to a majority of contentiousmatters, with the opportunity to act for a varied and high value client base.
