Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or issues. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you can utilize your communication and problem-solving skills.

Duties :

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving billing issues
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve department goals
  • Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and professionalism
  • Utilise phone etiquette to ensure positive interactions with customers

Experience :

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Proficient in data entry and ability to navigate computer systems effectively
  • Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions using your own inititative

Location : This position is based in Bradford West Yorkshire

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary : £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
