We work closely with many Estyn rated ' Excellent' Primary Schools in Barry and the Vale of Glamorgan seeking a Welsh speaking Teaching Assistant to join on a full time basis. As a teaching assistant, you will need to attend the pupils' personal needs while supervising and supporting them in access of learning. You will be required to assist with the implementation of individual support plans while providing feedback to pupils.

The role of a classroom assistant will involve working as a general teaching assistant in a range of year groups within a primary school. The schools recruiting have a reputation of being extremely welcoming and friendly and have a very high education standard.The schools try to encourage creative learning both within and outside the classroom.

You may be asked to work with pupils one on one or do small group work depending on the child's individual needs.
