International Product Compliance Manager

:As a key player in our team, you'll be at the heart of our international operations, ensuring our diverse range of wellness products comply with global trade regulations. Reporting directly to the Head of International Trade, you'll be our go-to expert on international legislation specifically relating to food product regulations, facilitating smooth and lawful cross-border transactions.Key Responsibilities:Keep abreast of global trade regulations, including animal origin , organic, and high-risk products.Understand the EU trade operation agreement, and commodity classification Ensure compliance for exports to key markets including EU, China, Australia, and the USA.Build and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies pertaining to legal compliance for food/vitamins/supplements/seeds  crossing borders and external partners.Oversee the creation and maintenance of product documentation and compliance records for international food safety standards for import and exportIntroduce internal audits to maintain and improve compliance standards to adhere to all food/organic/supplement/vitamin/seeds international supplyWork closely with the Export Data team to manage and integrate compliance data effectivelyLocation: Based in Nuneaton, this role operates under a hybrid model with 2-3 days a week on-site, supporting flexibility and productivity.
