Study Set Up Specialist

:• Complete all study amendments within required timelines as per automated reports and requests.• Use your organisational skills to manage a team-mailbox and individual task trackers• Become fully competent and fully proficient on all types of amendments to maintain an appropriate right first time metric.• Participate in daily meetings to help manage workload and risk. As a result you will proactively support completion of critical tasks and communicate issues and concerns• Once fully trained, you will participate in the training and onboarding of new starters in the team• Have opportunities to participate in process improvement initiatives as required• Support other areas within the Business Planning Distribution team as required and support investigations for any deviations from current process as required.Minimum Requirements/ Preferred Qualifications:• GCSE or equivalent in relevant subjects.• Computer literacy.• Previous experience of pharmaceutical packaging and/or Regulatory Affairs an advantage.• Must have a high attention to detail, able to work independently and possess problem solving abilities.
