Mobiess is a market leading Mobile Software Application Development company looking to further its growth in the Facilities Management Industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to join us in our Romford offices to assistwith incident handling and helping customers resolve a wide variety of technical issues.

As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for helping customers integrate our products into their systems and deal with any issues that arise. You will come from a strong technical background and will possess SQL knowledge (preferable usingMicrosoft SQL Server).

There is also the opportunity to undertake this role remotely (work from home), and some travel to visit clients may also be required.

Main duties :

  • Supporting the company's market leading SaaS platform.
  • Update the ticketing system, ensuring the call has been logged and all notes, progress and required actions have been input promptly and accurately.
  • Taking ownership of service issues, making sure they are fixed within the SLA
  • Always asking customers "why" and looking at the bigger picture to find out what caused the support case in the first place
  • Constantly looking at ways to improve on-boarding, services and outcomes
  • Dealing with all levels of stakeholders from front line users up to senior management
  • Assisting the developers with testing new features

Key requirements :

  • Experience in a similar role would be great
  • Background in customer service would be beneficial
  • Any experience of ZenDesk, SaaS, Mobile Applications or customer online interaction platforms is highly beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills
