We have strong plans and ambition to grow to £1bn before 2030. Our goal is to make BT the standout company within the security space across SMB, Corporate and Public sector customers. This team continually works on "quirky" products that are constantly trying to break new ground. In recent years BT has further invested in leading solutions, for example, in 2021 BT invested $33 million in Silicon Valley startup Safe Security that allows businesses to transform how they measure, manage and mitigate cyber risks in real-time.
Job ResponsibilitiesDefine, design, and deliver major security programmes across all B2B segments, working closely with other strategy teams, portfolio areas, and business units to create a compelling, realizable vision and drive it through to conclusion.Mentor and coach a high-performance, inclusive team to develop current and future team capabilities.Run improvement programmes for various products, assess any problem areas, and decide what measures will boost performance.Act as a thought leader and cyber subject matter expert within the BT Business Unit.Assess future trends to increase security convergence across the BT Group.The Ideal CandidatePrevious experience in a project, programme, or change management role delivering change in a fast-paced technology-first B2B environment.A history of mentoring and coaching teams of project, programme, and change management professionals.Experience within or a strong interest in cyber security.Demonstrated ability to effectively manage senior stakeholder relationships up to C-suite level.Annual on-target bonus 15% (personal and company multipliers).
