Academics are currently recruiting for a Cover Supervisor to work at an excellent school in Rhondda Cynon Taff. This would be a full time role working as general cover throughout the school so would be an excellent opportunity for someone looking for varietyin their work.
As a cover supervisor with Academics, you will be expected to :
- Have experience working with children - this could be coaching, volunteering, mentoring, tutoring, or something similar
- Have excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Follow lesson plans, and understand classroom timetables and break time rotas
- Comply with school policies and procedures in realtion to safeguarding, health and safety, confidentiality, and data protection, reporting any issues to the appropriate member of staff
