REED Bath are excited to be working with a prestigious mortgage broker based in the centre of Bath, in their search for multiple call handlers.

Responsibilities :

  • Be the first point of contact for customers calling in to discuss a range of products and services and building rapport whilst ensuring you maintain a courteous and friendly telephone manner
  • Inbound and outbound calls to ensure customers are setup and ready to transfer to an adviser
  • You will be supported and trained to attain the level needed to give our customers the service we expect. As part of the role you will have an agreed number of calls monitored for development for us to ensure that high standards expected are met
  • To complete all required administration in a timely and accurate manner

This role is full time and permanent with contracted 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday

Located 5 minutes from Bath train station, offering hybrid working as agreed with your line manager. You can expect 3 days working from the office with 2 days working from home.

**Paying a starting salary of £19,000 p/a with a view to increase by £250 per quarter based on performance.
