Overview Lookers Gateshead FordWorking Hours: Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00 Sat 09:00-13:00 on rota basis (42.5 hours per week)Salary: OTE £50,000 (including £25,000 basic plus commission)Lookers Gateshead Ford is recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our hard-working and friendly team on site. Specialising in business-to-business sales, you will work alongside our passionate Sales team to provide Lookers first-class customer service.Joining our hard-working sales team, you will be a team player with exceptional communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. Not only will you be joining one of the top automotive retailers in the UK, but you will also be reporting to CMA Commercial Sales Manager who will help impact your knowledge and experience, allowing you to develop your skills and establish a strong career within the industry.Our Sales Executives are the key points of contact and pay close attention to detail to understand customers wants and needs. Responsibilities Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in personSuggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needsArranging and accompanying customers on test drivesNegotiating the final price for the saleCompleting the relevant paperwork for each sale Qualifications The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, self-motivated to crack on with the job and passionate about what they do. You will be expected to hit targets so being ambitious and hard-working is essential.Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade would be preferred but not essential as we are always on the lookout for new/fresh talent to join our team.
