As a restaurant assistant, you will be responsible for serving food to our many guests and assisting with catering duties at buffets and events held within our busy hotel. Your duties will also include:
- Greeting guests as they arrive and directing guests to their tables
- Providing menus and taking orders
- Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests
- Taking drinks orders and serving drinks to guest at their tables
- Opening wine bottles at the guests tables and pouring drinks for the guests
- Wiping down tables and chairs and making sure the restaurant is left clean, tidy and fully laid up to the highest standard. For this job role we expect you to be hard working, happy, out going with a good sense of humour and able to work under pressure.
