This will be the scope of our business in which you can make a meaningful difference!Job Purpose:   As an International Freight Specialist, you will control inbound freight costs and support invoice approval, follow up on and support inbound services and requests, create and maintain the inbound freight shipment database and working with the Inbound Manager to evolve SLA and other metric capturing and evolution. You will support the European freight community on ESG/Green transportation reporting, exports and further invoice support and automationResponsibilities:Inbound freight cost control and support for invoice approvalInbound services follow upMaintain Inbound freight shipment databaseProvide spot quotes for outbound international + inbound service requestsEstablish Inbound reporting on cost evolutionWith the Inbound manager, ,develop, maintain and measure proper set of internal KPIs, SLAs, cost (tracking/control)Manage the outbound international returns to vendor for all LCs - in most of them we do not have skills or rates in place to ship international.Handle the ESG reporting improvements + queriesCoordinate the carriers management in Ariba for all LCSupport Freight managers on invoice control reporting and automate invoice collection. Knowledge Skills and Experience:   Experience in logistics / operations at least 3-5 yearsDetailed understanding of Operational ProcessesDetailed knowledge and experience of planning within a large fast moving operationAnalytical thinkingSystem knowledge within logisticsKnowledge of SAP as advantage, MS OfficeAdvance Excel skillsKnowledge of databases, SAP BW / BI  is an advantageAnd last… but surely not leastYou will work in an international environment for a fortune Top100 organization.We are an organization wherein we take our values very seriously and wherein we pay sincere attention to ‘diversity and inclusion’.An organization where humor and fun are very important.
